I have also progressively worked up to taking all of these supplements over a period of a couple months to allow my body time to adjust. This protocol is still being tested, I have not tested negative for HSV2. I have seen a significant change in my body and the symptoms accompanying having HSV2. This is an example of what a typical day looks like.   

6:00 a.m. - coconut oil under my tongue with 3 drops of oregano oil for 10- 15  minutes ( I usually do this while I shower or take a bath)  

6:15 a.m.- oregano on my spine and normal breakout spot. ( I put this in a roller ball applicator with fractionated coconut oil  mixure is 1/2 and 1/2) 

7:00 a.m. - 5ml of apple cider vinegar mixed in water with a dash of cayenne along with 4 drops of oregano oil in a vegetarian capsule and 2 olive leaf extract. 

7:30 a.m. - 20 chlorella tablets 

7:45 a.m. Antioxidant Cilantro Banana Smoothly for breakfast 

8:00 a.m. - probiodic  

9:30 a.m.- lysine, C, zinc, b-12

10:00 a.m. - one cup of organic juice if hungry (made at home to insure quality) 

11:30 a.m.-  coconut oil with 3 BTH and 2 St. John’s wort. ( 20-30 minutes before eating lunch)  

12:00 p.m.-  organic salad with organic hummus and no dressing 

12:30 p.m. -  C, B-12, and lysine

3:00 p.m. - one cup of organic juice if hungry (made at home to insure quality) 

3:30 p.m. - C, B-12, and lysine

5:00 p.m. 5ml of apple cider vinegar mixed in water with a dash of cayenne along with 4 drops of oregano oil in a vegetarian capsule and 2 olive leaf extract. 

5:30 p.m. - 20 chlorella tablets 

5:45 p.m. Antioxidant Cilantro Banana Smoothly for breakfast 

7:00 p.m. vegetarian cauliflower rice sushi or salmon with butternut squash

9:00 p.m. lavender oil in vegetarian capsule and 2 OLE
