Banana Honey Peanut Butter Toast

1 - slice of organic sour dough bread (eat in moderation, about once or twice a month) 

1- organic banana 

3- tablespoons of organic peanut butter with no sugar added (I buy ground organic peanut butter from Whole Foods) 

3- tablespoons of raw or organic honey 

1-2 - pinches of chia seeds

1-2 pinches of hemp seeds

 

First,  you toast your bread. Then, you spread the peanut butter on the toast.  Next, cut your banana and place on top of the toast and peanut butter. Finally, add about three tablespoons on honey and sprinkle chia and hemp seeds on top of the bananas.
